An elegant and delightful recipe created by Da Mamma pastry chefs for the most gluttonous palates.
The long-leavened soft dough is assembled with aromatic refined chocolate from Modica and flavourful candied chestnuts. The Colomba is enriched with an icing composed of chocolate from Modica and sugar chips .
The glorious result is a unique Colomba with a sophisticated and layered flavour.

  • Ingredients

    Glazed Panettone with chetsnuts and chocolote without raisin and candied peel.

    Naturally leavened oven baked cake. Ingredients: WHEAT flour type 0, sugar, Chestnuts (11,5%), cover (9%) (sugar, rehydrated EGG white, ALMONDS flour (12%), rice flour, sunflower oil, natural flavours), fresh EGG yolk, BUTTER, white chocolate with 20% of cocoa minimum (4%) (sugar, cocoa butter, rehydrated MILK, SOY bean lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), natural yeast (contains WHEAT), rehydrated whole MILK, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, coffee extract (0,6%), coffee powder (0,5%), honey, coffee in grains, salt, natural flavors, natural vanilla flavor. 

    Store away from moisture and direct heating sources. For a better tasting, please place the Panettone next to a heating source an hour before consumption.
