PREPARATION
With our fresh homemade pasta, preparing your favorite dish becomes child's play. Carefully add the noodles to boiling salted water and let them simmer for 5-6 minutes. Thanks to our high-quality ingredients and our Mamma's years of experience, a perfect al dente texture is achieved.
Using a slotted spoon, gently lift the pasta out of the water and place it on your plate. A little drizzle of olive oil adds the finishing touch to your pasta, and our homemade sauce completes the dish perfectly.

When I opened my bistro in the old town of Chur in 2013, it was the beginning of my greatest adventure. I was 60 years old and full of courage and craziness to pursue my lifelong dream. In my kitchen, I have been creating handmade delicacies using old recipes and only the finest ingredients ever since.
