Colomba Gocce di Cioccolato

A gourmet version of the classical colomba, dedicated to the most refined palates. The soft dough, obtained through a traditional processing and a 72-hour-long leavening, is enriched by the use of top-quality ingredients: Bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar, refined dark chocolate drops from Modica. A tremendously fragrant Easter cake which makes you want to savour it bite after bite.

  • Ingredients

    Ingredients: Panettone with chocolate without raisin and candied peels. Naturally leavened oven bake cake. Ingredients: WHEAT flour type 0, butter (MILK), sugar, dark chocolate with 47% of cocoa minimum (9%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, SOYA lecithin, flavourings), fresh EGG yolks, water, natural yeast (contains WHEAT), rehydrated whole MILK, honey, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, flavours. May contain traces of nuts.

    Store away from moisture and direct heating sources. For a better tasting, please place the Panettone next to a heating source an hour before consumption.
